Based in London and Austin, Park Walk operates at the center of the global financial markets, serving an institutional client base that includes the largest asset managers in the world. We provide our clients with market leading insight and liquidity across less liquid asset classes. We leverage our experience and creativity across research, trading and sales to help clients navigate opportunities and challenges in corporate, sovereign and financial credit worldwide. We follow our clients, irrespective of situational complexity, geography or the type of traded asset.
Park Walk Capital Markets LLC is a U.S. broker dealer focused on U.S. corporate, financial and government bonds for U.S. institutional investors and other large U.S. market counterparties, including banks and corporations.

Park Walk Europe LLP is an institutional U.K. broker dealer specializing in foreign bonds, bank loans and special situation equities for foreign institutional investors, other professional clients and eligible counterparties. Our team has a ten-year track record together of providing liquidity and research for European and emerging market high yield, distressed, and special situations.

Park Walk Credit Partners LLC specializes in bank loans, bankruptcy trade claims, litigation claims and other illiquid instruments. We pride ourselves on our ability to work with clients to bring liquidity to nearly any financial obligation, irrespective of its underlying complexity.

WHAT WE TRADE
Our team has executed billions of dollars of transactions in a variety of instrument types across tens of thousands of transactions.
We execute for clients in everything from broadly syndicated bank debt to direct lending deals involving one to just a handful of participants.
We trade secured, unsecured and subordinated bonds of corporate, financial and sovereign issuers across both developed and emerging markets.
We have extensive transactional experience in Trade claims - priority, secured or unsecured - and litigation claims - acquired via outright purchase or via a litigation finance structure.
Our equity trading focuses on companies that recently emerged from insolvency proceedings (i.e. post-reorg equities), non-listed and liquidating equities.
We have transacted in other bespoke instruments such as limited partnership interests in investment funds. We believe our experience and creativity allows us to develop solutions not otherwise apparent to other market participants.
